HighTower’s Software Support Center is dedicated to supporting our Sage MAS 90 ERP / Sage MAS 200 ERP enhancement products. Clients purchase HighTower products through HighTower Resellers. Support from resellers is derived from HighTower’s steady relationship with its reseller representatives. Resellers can purchase annual support plans for individual HighTower products. Or, they can purchase a Premier Plan that covers all HighTower products. If the reseller does not wish to purchase a support plan or if you prefer to work directly with HighTower, you as the end user can purchase our Client Care support plan. It is also possible to purchase support for single incidents.
HighTower supports the current version of each of its offerings—Timekeeper, Point of Sale Professional, Remote Salesperson PDA, Time and Billing Professional, Time and Billing, Food Distribution, Multi-Bin Advanced Distribution, ScanBlaster, Direct Deposit, MICR Encoded Laser Checks, and Professional Retainer Control—as well as the version just prior to the current release.
