Support for Web Services
HighTower is only a phone call away. We offer all companies—those that purchase software from us, those that engage us for Web or email hosting, and those that do most of their network business elsewhere—our expertise on demand. Completion of an After Hours Emergency Web form triggers our urgent response to your needs, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Calls to our Help Desk receive our attention with no less expertise. During business hours, your call will be routed to a HighTower employee according to your hardware, software, or Web-hosting service need. After hours, your call will be directed to our auto attendant. You will have the option of initiating an after-hours emergency call to one of our business directors. These choices serve all companies, whether HighTower configured your network, sold you your software, or simply was recommended for its intelligent response to systems problems.
