Software Modification Maintenance Plan
Because Sage Software introduces annual or semiannual upgrades to its products, your custom modifications need to be synched with new Sage MAS 90 ERP, Sage MAS 200 ERP, or Sage MAS 500 ERP versions. This reality frightens many companies who anticipate that customization of Sage Software product will prevent upgrades or be for naught once the next version of the accounting software is released.
We at HighTower, however, don’t want you to resist modifying your accounting software chiefly because each Sage Software upgrade requires new modifications.
So HighTower offers a Modification Maintenance Plan. Instead of quantifying the tweaks we’ve affected per module and charging you for each, we contain your costs. You pay a fixed price for each Sage MAS 90, 200, or 500 module you have had us adjust. When Sage Software updates that module or its entire enterprise resource planning software package, we will make all the necessary changes—mirroring the changes we created with our initial modification—within eight weeks, guaranteed. The HighTower Modification Maintenance Plan includes two upgrades per year.
You can’t upgrade Sage MAS 90, 200, or 500 with each Sage Software reissue if you have modified the system. You need a custom upgrade for the solution to work. HighTower ensures that this is a painless process. You’ll receive your upgrades in a timely fashion without any impact on standard programs or data files. Once the affected modules are upgraded, you’re ready to go.
