A HighTower support/ maintenance plan — called Network Administration Program — provides access to superior, real-time service and specialized knowledge. You gain the time to focus on your core business, improved morale (because your system functions as it should), lower costs (on labor, materials, and employee opportunity to fulfill primary duties), and new perspectives.
HighTower offers 'banks of time' (prepaid service hours, offered in blocks at discounted rates). Hours in your bank of time are flexible, in that they can be used for regular IT maintenance or unplanned events (when something needs to be fixed or explained, usually quickly). Maintenance is anticipated care and feeding; support is on-demand.
