Network Maintenance/ Administration
Your IT network needs continual maintenance and protection. At HighTower, we offer a wide range of services that you can select à la carte. Our team will look at the technology you use and suggest the menu items that will keep you safe and successful. These services may include: evaluation of servers and workstations, updates to network security, virus scanning and vulnerability patching, data backup, and more.
HighTower will assign a primary Engineer to your maintenance schedule and the maintenance/ administration tasks you choose. Unlike a copy machine repairman who fixes a fried sensor or replaces a faulty roller, HighTower Engineers are capable of building entire computing networks from the ground up. They study how your business uses technology and understand the value it brings. In return, you receive intelligent solutions derived from our entire company’s compiled knowledge and experience. Your HighTower Engineer becomes your relationship point person, advising you on your evolving network needs as well as connecting you to the best-of-breed tools you require.
HighTower will provide as much or as little service as you desire, for as long a time as you wish. If you experience an annual slow season, for example, you may opt to skip a month of maintenance and return to scheduled service when your sales pick up again. You are under no obligation and sign no contract for maintenance and administration.
