So in addition to a Network/System Review, HighTower conducts a Process Review meeting with your team. During this engagement, HighTower's goal isn't to merely sell software, but to develop sound business solutions utilizing market proven software to see that your businesses' needs are met for now as well as into the future.
The Process Behind the Process Review
The Process Review is essential to ensure the software you purchase is right for you. Ideally, this takes place before you buy Sage MAS 90, Sage MAS 200, Sage MAS 500 ERP, or any of HighTower’s enhancements. We’ll look at your existing business processes and determine how they can be complimented by one or more of our software offerings. Alternately, you may find that your practices work well as they are. With this assessment, we will set about configuring the appropriate software so that it syncs naturally with your current ways of doing things.
As your relationship with HighTower evolves, your account executives will work continuously to understand your business model. Their job is to sense your needs. So when you upend your business practices, adopt new software, or seek greater efficiency in workflows, your account exec will alert HighTower’s field implementers. They will initiate a new process review. And the pain of progress will be minimized.
