Because Timekeeper is fully integrated with your Sage MAS 90 or Sage MAS 200 ERP system, you can process all time/expense entry information into a number of the modules, including Sage MAS 90 Accounts Receivable, Sage MAS 90 Job Cost, Sage MAS 90 Payroll, Sage MAS 90 Sales Order, Time and Billing, and Time and Billing Professional. This level of integration enables you to increase overall efficiency and enhance service to your clients by tracking employee time and expenses for accurate and timely invoicing.

You can enter time/expense data into your Sage MAS 90 or 200 software using the Timekeeper module, the platform independent Timekeeper Entry application, or online via .timekeeper. All of these solutions are available when you install Timekeeper. Choose the best time/expense entry solution for your company. The following list describes each solution.

Timekeeper Module
The full Timekeeper enhancement for Sage MAS 90 or MAS 200 runs on a fully installed Sage MAS 90 or 200 system. This enhancement allows users to record time and expenses, and enables department managers to approve time/expense entries added in any of Timekkepers three entry methods; the Timekeeper enhancement, Timekeeper Entry, or .timekeeper.

Timekeeper Entry
Timekeeper Entry is a convenient, easy to use standalone application that does not require the user to be logged into the Sage MAS 90 or 200 system. The Timekeeper Entry application uses a simple to use time/expense entry screen that gives you the power to enter time and expenses over a network or an internet connection. If there is no connection, the data will be stored locally, and will synch when a connection is established. Timekeeper Entry is Java® based, and is truly platform independent! Timekeeper Entry will run on Windows® XP, Mac OS® X (10.4 or higher), and any other OS capable of Java® Runtime Environment 1.5 (J2SE 1.5) or newer. This means that you can integrate your office's Mac and Unix/Linux based departments into the MAS 90 time tracking world more easily and elegantly than ever before!

Note: Timekeeper Entry requires the Java® Runtime Environment. For best results on all versions of Windows®, use Java Runtime Environment v1.6 update 3 or newer. Sun Microsystems has posted known issues with v1.6 update 11. Please avoid update 11 until further notice.

.timekeeper
.timekeeper allows employees to enter time and/or expenses, and allows managers, salespeople, and customers to review the data-all in a web environment. The data available is real-time data - all information is updated directly to Sage MAS 90 or Sage MAS 200 offering true employee time tracking on the web. Accessible through a wide range of web browsers (cross platform), .timekeeper is the easiest way to capture up to the minute time and expense information for local or widespread teams. Supported browsers for Linux, Mac OS, and Windows: Internet Explorer 6.0 or later, Netscape 7.2 or later, Opera 7.54 or later, Mozilla 1.7 or later, Firefox 1.0 or later, and Safari 1.2 or later.Timekeeper Entry requires the Java® Runtime Environment.

.timekeeper is compatible with Safari on the iPhone (iPhone OS 3.1). All of your iPhone -wielding staff will now be able to enter time and expenses remotelyÐwithout a laptop or a wi-fi connection. And you'll be able to implement it without any additional software.

Flexible and Easy-to-Use
Enter time & expenses in any and all of the following ways: the Timekeeper module built for your Sage MAS 90 or 200 system, the Java based Timekeeper Entry application, or via the internet with .timeeper - the choice is yours.
Bill time and products on the same invoice instead of billing customers separately.
Use Timekeeper Entry in standalone mode, enter time and expenses on your laptop, and then synchronize when you're back in the office.
Select which modules to post time/expense entry information - bill time and expenses directly on invoices in Accounts Receivable or Sales Order, through Job Cost, through Time and Billing, or through Time and Billing Professional, then send the same entries to Payroll. Eliminate double entry!
Synchronization process ensures all devices and the Sage MAS 90 or 200 system contain the same (and latest) time/expense entry data.
Data is fully secured - users are only allowed to enter or view their own time and expenses, unless they are designated as a manager.
View, modify, and override billing rates during time/expense entry. Apply billing rate multipliers for overtime and double time entries.
Set the option to have time and expenses approved before processing into other Sage MAS 90 or Sage MAS 200 software modules. You can even setup a secondary approval if desired.
Select reports included with the system or design your own with Crystal Reports® or any ODBC-compliant application. Some examples of included reports are Work in Process Listing and Activity Summary Reports by Employee, Customer, Project, and Activity.
