Food Distribution transforms your Sage MAS 90 and Sage MAS 200 system for food sensitive data without a significant learning curve for your employees. With its user-friendly interface, Food Distribution seamlessly integrates with Sage MAS 90 and Sage MAS 200 modules such as Inventory Management, Sales Order, and Purchase Order. Simply select the product lines that will be enabled by Food Distribution, set the second unit of measurement for the product line and item, and determine how to calculate cost and weight. |
This enhancement features several “pop-up” Food Distributions windows, which are accessible in Inventory Maintenance, Sales Order, and Purchase Order. These windows allow you to record catch weights, convert sales, purchase, or standard units of measure to the dual unit of measure, adjust prices based on a dual unit of measure, and view expiration dates for lot and serial items. The Food Distribution windows also provide access to an item’s availability and order status from these modules. Some of the Food Distribution windows also allow you to change the settings for product lines and items. This dual module functionality lets you control an item’s Food Distribution settings or change the dual unit of measure quantity directly through the Sage MAS 90 and Sage MAS 200 module you are currently using. This feature saves you time, since you do not have to leave the current module for the Food Distribution module to change the settings. |
