Join.me Desktop Sharing for Live ERP Demos
To utilize the Join.me Desktop Sharing service for live demos, simply following these easy steps:
- If you don't have demo scheduled, request a demo by form or call 888.583.3000 to schedule one.
- At the scheduled time of your demo, click "Start a Join.me session now" or Arrow icon below.
NOTE: The join.me applet will temporarily be installed on your computer and will launch.
- Share the 9-digit code in the Join.me toolbar with your HighTower Representative.
Join.me FAQs
How do I know join.me is running?
You'll see this on your desktop. It's called the join.me toolbar. More specifically, it's the presenter's toolbar. If it's not visible, join.me is not running and your session can't start.
Can't find the join.me toolbar? Maybe it's hiding. That is, if you are using more than one monitor, look for join.me on your primary monitor. It will always start on your primary monitor, even when you launch it from a secondary monitor.
Sharing the 9-digit code:
Tell your HighTower representative the nine-digit code, or if you need to send it through other means, click the nine digit code in the join.me interface for other options.
Closing/Quitting your session
Click the "x" at the top left of the toolbar to end your session. When exiting, you will be asked if you want to keep join.me on your desktop. If you do not want join.me installed on your computer, keep the checkbox
UNchecked and exit your session.
Sending a file to us
You can send a file to any
single join.me meeting participant.
Open the participant list and click the file button next to a participant's name.
You'll be prompted to locate the file you want to send.
