HighTower technicians are available for after hours emergency technical support. Our dedicated, knowledgeable and experienced support team will assist you in resolving your software, hardware or any other technical issues.
To request technical support for Sage Software, HighTower enhancements, your IT network, or your HighTower-hosted website, please complete the form below. Please give a detailed description of the nature of the problem you are experiencing, the precise wording of any error message you are receiving, and a brief description of how the problem first presented itself. Be sure to indicate how you would like us to contact you.

Support - After Hours Emergency Support

Billing Policy:Our normal hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. CST, excluding holidays.
After Hours Emergency service is provided at the rate of $300 per hour (1 hour minimum) with a $150 incident fee. If an on-site visit is required, all time (including travel) will be billed at the after hours emergency rate.
