Answers:
What time does the class start?
Classes run from 8:30 A.M.-5:00 P.M. There is a one hour lunch and two 15 minute breaks.

How should I dress?
Most students (and HighTower employees) dress in Business Casual. The room is air conditioned, so if you get cold easily, you may want to bring a sweater or light jacket.
What should I bring?
We suggest you bring a highlighter and a pen or pencil. All training materials will be provided.

What is the cancellation policy?
The deadline for registration is five working days prior to the first day of class. Registration will be accepted beyond the deadline, based upon availability, and subject to our first-paid, first-reserved policy. Registration accepted beyond the deadline will be subject to a Late Registration Fee of $50. If minimum attendance requirements, as determined by HighTower, are not met on the deadline, the class will be cancelled. If you are registered for a class that is cancelled, you will be notified on the deadline. Class attendees are advised not to purchase non-refundable or non-exchangeable airline tickets, as HighTower will not be responsible for payment due to class cancellation. For students who cancel their enrollment within five working days prior to the first day of the class, tuition will not be refunded, but will be applied to a future class. For students who cancel their enrollment more than five working days of the first day of class, the entire amount of tuition will be forfeited. Are there local hotels that offer discounted rates?

Will any food be provided?
No. However, coffee is available throughout the entire day. We also have a snack machine in our kitchen and a Deli in the lobby.

Can I bring my lunch?
Yes. We have a kitchen with a microwave, soda machine and candy/chip machine.
Where can I go for lunch?
There is a very good Deli in the Lobby. There are also many restaurants in the area. Several are within walking distance. Local restaurants include Panera Bread, Ruby of Siam, Portillo's and The Daily Grill, At Old Orchard Shopping Center, there are many restaurants including The Bagel, California Pizza Kitchen, Cheesecake Factory, The Corner Bakery, Houlihan's, Maggiano's and Champps.

Will time be allotted for me to ask specific questions pertaining to my company?
Yes. The trainer will be available to answer questions during breaks, lunch, before and after class. We request that you use these times for one-on-one question and answers with the trainer.
Can someone from my office get in touch with me while I am in class?
Yes. Please have them contact you by calling 888.583.3000. Our receptionist will get the message to you immediately.

Do you offer CPE Credits?
Yes. Please inform the trainer that you would like to receive CPE credits for the class. A Certificate will be emailed to you within 48 hours.
