HighTower unveils managed services for MAS 90 systems
Thursday, April 01, 2010 -- Skokie, Illinois -- HighTower Inc., a leading reseller of and software developer for Sage MAS 90 and MAS 200 ERP systems, today announced availability of WatchTower +ERP, a new facet to its existing WatchTower managed services offerings. HighTower is a leading Sage MAS 90 and 200 reseller and master developer who provides consulting services, custom programming, and remote management of IT (and now ERP) systems.
The WatchTower +ERP plan allows HighTower's MAS 90 and 200 clients to monitor their ERP systems and receive alerts or trigger scripts if certain events occur or certain criteria are met. One example is to be notified of any system errors (which MAS 90 users may not be reporting).
