Careers
Consulting : Field Implementer
HighTower’s Field Implementers are Sage MAS (or other ERP system) experts, are very customer-focused, and excel at thinking on their feet. Field Implementers lead clients through the planning, development and implementation of their new MAS 90, MAS 200, or MAS 500 accounting systems.
Responsibilities:- Client site setup and training of Sage MAS 90 and Sage MAS 200 ERP software
- Work closely with the Project Manager and represent HighTower in a professional manner
- The design and creation of charts of accounts
- The conversion of data from legacy systems
- Identifying reporting requirements and developing the reports
- Training new users on all aspects of software (core accounting, manufacturing, distribution)
- Reviewing client procedures and making recommendations for changes to result in increased efficiencies
- Teaching classes in our Sage Software Authorized Training Center*. Classes taught include MAS 90 and MAS 200 modules, Data File Structures, Crystal Reports and FRx.
Requirements:- Previous experience implementing Sage MAS 90, MAS 200, MAS 500, or other ERP systems
- Accounting or business degree, applicable experience and/or demonstrated ability
- Understanding of businesses operations and what issues a business owner or officer faces day-to-day

Network Services : Field Service Engineer

Software Design & QA : Software Developer (Design)
Software Developers are not not only passionate about the product they are working on, but how useful it will be to the end user. From features to interoperability with our other modules and Sage MAS 90, the Software Developer has a single focus. Getting products made–the right way.
Responsibilities:- Design new Enhancements for Sage MAS 90 systems
- Design new features and functionality for existing Enhancements of Sage MAS 90
- Develop updates/new versions of HighTower Enhancements for Sage MAS 90 and MAS 200
- Work with other Software Developers to ensure consistency and interoperability
Requirements:- Strong background in BASIC programming
ProvideX, NOMADs or BBx experience desired but not a requirement. College degree desired but not a requirement.
Software Design & QA : Software Developer (Design) - Senior .NET Developer
The Senior .NET Developer lives to create innovative Internet applications as well as Windows Forms Applications. Passionate about making the highest quality product, and cares about functionality, usability, and security. This position requires in-depth knowledge of ASP.NET and MS SQL Server. Is proficient in VB.NET or C# and is willing to develop products in VB.NET. Minimum 4-5 years development experience.
