Community Outreach
At HighTower, we know that organizational performance depends on our employees. Employees perform better when they are proud of the companies they represent. That’s why charity has been part of our corporate culture since 1995.
HighTower has adopted a responsibility to our community. Our vision for the future includes a charitable foundation and recognition as much for our philanthropic efforts as our technological capability.
The proceeds of our annual golf outing go to St. Aloysius, a Chicago parish and school formed by the merger of two parishes that serve some destitute neighborhoods. Each year we also collect food and clothing for the poor and host a Christmas party for needy children. Before each Thanksgiving, we host a holiday card coloring contest. Entries come from the communities we serve.
HighTower also participates annually in a local Walk for Hope to support breast cancer research. We contribute 50 cents on the dollar for employee-earned pledges less than $150 and one dollar for every dollar of pledges greater than $150.
